Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup swerve
⅓ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup almond flour
½ tsp xanthan gum (for chewier brownies)
½ cup melted butter
¼ cup melted Lilly chocolate
¼ cup Lilly peppermint chocolate chips
2 drops of DoTerra peppermint oil
Mix and bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until toothpick is clean.
Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ tsp swerve
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip up and serve once brownies have cooled.
